Revocable Living Trust

When your assets (real estate and accounts) are transferred to your Revocable Living Trust, your successor trustee will have full authority to manage or distribute the assets upon your death, without the need for probate.

A Revocable Living Trust may be especially important for those with estates exceeding $1,000,000, and for those with real estate or mineral interests in more than one state.
