It can be very frightening when your spouse or parent is facing nursing home placement.  At JD Legal Planning PLLC, we help you through the process of understanding Medicare, Medicaid eligibility, Veterans Home placement and Long-term Care Insurance.

Medicaid Eligibility can be tricky, especially if you are married (community spouse asset and income allowances).  We assist you to legally maximize the assets and income allowed.

We keep the Medicaid application forms in our office and we can assist in properly completing the forms for you.  We can submit the forms to the County Social Services Office for you, and represent you in case of appeal.
