Limited Liability Company (LLC)

At JD Legal Planning PLLC, we can establish your Limited Liability Company ("LLC") for your business enterprise or as part of your succession and estate planning.

An LLC may be formed by one member or more.  Similar to a corporation, the benefit of a proper LLC is that it provides its members with limited liability.  Creditors of the LLC cannot obtain personal assets of the members of the LLC.  A general partnership or sole proprietorship does not offer limited liability.
